Emin Özoğul

Emin Özoğul, after a 10-year teaching career, turned to the field of law and graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2018. Özoğul, who has developed his professional experience across different disciplines, is particularly noted for his solution-oriented approach in labor law and private law.

Emin Özoğul, an expert mediator in İş Hukuku, also provides effective support to his clients in commercial disputes and ihtiyari arabuluculuk processes. Within Soyhan Law Office; he continues to provide consultancy and representation services in various private law fields, primarily İş Hukuku, Company Law, Family Law and Law of Obligations.

Experienced in effectively resolving disputes before court, correctly managing negotiation processes and protecting client interests at the highest level, Emin Özoğul actively continues his ihtiyari arabuluculuk activities. He is registered with the Istanbul Bar Association and continues his practice.
